A Leader or A Boss?
1. A boss knows how a business is done while a leader shows how the work is done. 2. A boss blames people when any problem occurs in a business while a leader fixes the problem or breakdown of the business. 3. A boss is someone who uses or employ people while a leader brings or develop people. 4. A boss gives order or command to people while a leader considers his followers. 5. A boss inspires fear into those that work with him while a leader earns respect from his followers. 6. A boss takes credit from the employee while a leader gives cerdit to his followers. 7. A leader is inclusive in any activity while a boss is only focused on the politics of a company. 8. A leader doesn't micromanage because he knows that he can't make the company successful on his own while a boss micromanages because he knows that he has people that work for him to make his business successful. 9. A leader is always happy to take the blame even if he is not at fault while a boss only needs his credit to feed his ego. 10. A leader places himself among his followers. They create a culturr where everyone is the same while a boss feels important and act like they are above the law.
